Terms of service

Accounts and early access

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your account secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Free and early-access features may change, and we will show pricing before charging you.

Your trips and permissions

You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, display, share, and back up that content to provide the service. Only upload content you own or are allowed to use. Trip owners control invitations and shared access.

Artificial intelligence and travel information

Artificial-intelligence output, weather, flight status, maps, prices, availability, visa information, and recommendations may be incomplete or outdated. Verify bookings, safety, entry rules, opening hours, accessibility, and other important decisions with the official provider. Build a Trip is a planning tool, not a travel agency or professional adviser.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, harm others, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, overload, or bypass security and usage controls
• Do not upload malware, credentials, payment-card data, or unnecessary identity numbers
• Do not use automated access except through an interface or API we provide

External services

The service connects to third-party providers for authentication, maps, weather, flights, email, storage, security, and artificial intelligence. Their terms may also apply. We may replace, pause, or limit an integration when needed for security, availability, or legal compliance.

Availability and liability

We provide the service on an as-available basis during early access. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that law does not allow us to exclude.

Suspension, deletion, and changes

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law. We will post material changes and, when required, ask you to accept them before continued use.
